Customer Service was excellent over the phone and the delivery was on time. Several follow up calls were placed by them to ensure satisfaction. In addition, the actual cake delivered made up for the initial sticker shock. The cake was not your run of the mill white cake and wicked sweet frosting. There were several layers separated by REAL whipped cream and the cake was covered in fondant. It made for an all around hit with the 25 year old birthday boy, and the 83 yr old grandmother who had started this 25th birthday tradition 40 some odd years ago. Tastefully done
